Turkey Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
- Turkey (light meat), 6 cup, chopped or diced- Celery, raw, 2.5 cup, diced- Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped- Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 2 cup- Salt, 1 tsp- Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp- Pepper, black, 1 tbsp- Celery seed, 2 tbsp- Lemon juice, 4 tbsp- Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1.5 cup
Directions
Combine the first eight ingredients and mix well. Next, sprinkle the lemon juice over everything and let sit for about 15 minutes so the lemon juice can soak into the meat. Finally add the mayonnaise and mix well.

Serving Size: sufficient filling for 18 sandwhiches
