Ingredients
Turkey (dark meat), .5 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (light meat), 1 cup, chopped or diced (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Cornstarch, 0.13 cup (remove)Milk, nonfat, 3 cup (remove)Butter, saltedsalt pepper and cayanne
Directions
1. brown veg in butter
2. add cornstarch
3. gradually add milk
4. season with salt pepper and cayanne ( ground red Pepper)
5. add turkey to warm
Serve over rice
