Creamy Turkey and Veggies

Ingredients
1 medium onion- chopped2 tbsp butter2 tbsp flour2 cups milk1 tbsp dried parsley- optionalpepper to taste2 cups turkey1 cup frozen mixed veggies
Directions
In a large saucepan cook the onion in butter until tender. Sprinkle with the flour and pepper. Stir in the milk. Add the parsley.

Bring to a boil, cook and stir until thickened. Add the turkey and veggies. Cook until heated through.

Serve over mashed potatoes.
