Spinach Feta Mushroom Omelet

Ingredients
2 Large eggs6 leaves of SpinachSea Salt to tasteGround Pepper to tasteGarlic powder to tasteSliced mushrooms (optional)1 oz. Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
Directions
Mix eggs, sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Add spinach (whole of torn into pieces) and Feta cheese.

Poor into a non stick omelet pan (or spray with Pam) and cook on medium heat.

When omelet has cooked enough to be solid on the bottom, fold in half. Cook both sides, flipping until it is cooked through.

Serve and eat!
