Chocolate Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
EggsFlourCocoa PowderChocolate ChipsChallenge ButterVanillaBrown Sugar
Directions
1. Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla extract.
2. Blend in the beaten egg.
3. Add the flour, mixing only until combined.
4. Refrigerate to set. Keep the dough wrapped to avoid drying the surface.
5. When cookies are cool. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in microwave for 45 seconds at a time. Stirring between heating. Heat until melted and smooth. Spoon on top of cookies.

Serving Size: Makes 56 cookies.
