Tim's Insanely Easy Ketchup

Ingredients
½ medium yellow onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 small yellow or red sweet pepper, chopped1 8-oz. can tomato sauce1 can tomato paste3 Tbsp molasses3 Tbsp cider vinegar1 tsp saltpinch cayenne pepper1 tsp cinnamon½ tsp ground ginger1 tsp paprika
Directions
Puree the onion, garlic, and peppers in a chopper, blender or a Magic Bullet. Add the tomato sauce, paste, molasses, vinegar, salt , and spices to the blender jar. Add spices that you might like. Blend until everything is well mixed.

Serve.

Serving Size: Makes about 2 cups or about 32 1-Tbsp servings.
