Ingredients
Square2 Cups Of Flour2 Teaspoon Of Baking Powder1 Teaspoon Of Baking Soda1 Cup Of Sugar1/3 Cup Of Margerine1/2 Cup Of Brown Sugar2 Large Eggs2 Egg Whites2 Cups Of Frozen Pumpkin (Thawed)1 Cup Of Carrots, ShreddedIcing250g Of Light Cream Cheese1/2 Cup Of Sugar1/4 Cup Of Milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all the ingrediants from the top section into a large bowl. Pour mixture into a large 12"-12" cooking pan.

Mix ingrediants of icing into a small bown and pour sparingly over batter.

Cook for 30 minutes or toothpick comes out clean. Cool, cut, and enjoy.
