1 can Pink Salmon, (drained)3 egg whites1/2 cup chopped onions1/2 can spinach (drained)1 cup old fashioned oatmealLemon Pepper to taste
Remove bones from Salmon. Add egg whites, onions, spinach, oatmeal and lemon pepper to Salmon and mix. Form patties and fry in skillet with olive oil until both sides are browned.
