Ingredients
* Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) * Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) * Ginger Root, .5 tsp * *Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper * Salt (to taste) * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp * Black Mustard Seeds, .5 tsp
Directions
Prep-
Add all the ingredients except for the Olive oil and Mustard seeds. Mix well so as the consistency of the liquid is thin soup like.

Cook-
In a small metal container heat oil and mustard seeds until the seeds pop. Add the yougurt mixture to the oil and mustard.

All done. Enjoy.

    Add a little garlic to spice it more. Will become more flavorful. Very good overall, and you get your calcium as well. - 12/14/07
