1 cup Butter, softened1 cup Sugar1 cup Brown Sugar2 Eggs2 cups Quick Oats2 cup Flour1 tsp. Baking Soda1 tsp. Baking Powder1/2 tsp. Salt1 tsp. Vanilla Extract11oz. bag Butterscotch Chips 1 1/2 cups Pecans, chopped
Cream the butter and add sugar, add eggs and mix. Add all dry ingredients, mix. Add vanilla. Fold in oats, nuts and butterscotch chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
