Lemon Cooler Pie

1 quart vanilla fat free ice cream, softened1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed8 oz. fat free whip topping1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust (reduced fat)1 lemon (juiced and zested)
1. In medium bowl stir together the ice cream, and lemonade concentrate, lemon juice and zest until combined. Fold in whipped topping. Spread in the crust and then freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
2. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Garnish with lemon slices or mint.
3. Store left overs in the freezer.
