Ingredients
Cream of Chicken Soup (98% Fat Free)Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles2 Chicken BreastsTaco Seasoning (homemade)
Directions
In the crockpot, put 1 lb raw chicken breast, a can of cream of chicken soup and either a can of rotel tomatoes or a cup of salsa (I use rotel). Sprinkle a packet of taco seasoning over everything. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Shred chicken with a fork. We served over tortilla chips and set out cheese, lettuce, sour cream, etc…
