Egg white mushroom and cheese omlette

Ingredients
3 egg whites1/2 cup mushrooms1/2 tsp fresh parmeseanshallotsspray olive oilsalt and pepper
Directions
Whisk together egg whites, shallots, salt and pepper. Saute mushrooms in a small frypan for a couple of minutes. Add egg mixture. Remove from heat when cooked. Add parmesan on top
