Baked Buffalo Chicken Strips

Ingredients
1/2 pound chicken thighs, cut into tenders2 tablespoons flour1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper1 large egg1/4 cup panko bread crumbscooking spray1/2 cup Frank's red hot sauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, salt, and pepper together.

2. Coat chicken tenders in flour mixture, shaking of any excess flour mixture. Then dip tenders in egg and coat with bread crumbs.

3. Place tenders onto a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook in oven for 15 minutes.

4. Toss with hot sauce and serve.
