Ingredients
3 cups cooked Bulgur Wheat(1tsp sea salt in water)1/2 cup peeled and seeded cucumber1 med Tomato2 cups chopped Curly Parsley1 tps chopped mint1/2 cup chopped cilantroJuice of 2 fresh lemonsJuice of 1/2 half lime or 2 key limes1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1 tsp chopped fresh hot peppers (habanero or jalapeno)
Directions
Pour simmering salted water over bulgur let set 20 min then cool , chop all ingredients and combine let sit for 1 hour.
