Sauteed Cabbage

Ingredients
Onion - sauteed, 0.5 cupButter, salted, 2 tbspCarrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slicesCabbage, fresh, 6 cup, choppedChicken Broth, 0.5 cupEdamame, frozen, unprepared, 1 cupSalt, 1 tsp
Directions
1. In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Add carrots; cook and stir for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with a slotted spoon.
