Eggnog Bread

Ingredients
3 C. all-purpose flour1/2 C.Granulated Sugar4 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg1 Egg1 3/4 C. Eggnog1/4 C. Applesauce, unsweetened1/4 C Canola Oil, .25 cup1/2 C. Chopped Pecans
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. In a small bowl, whisk the egg, eggnog, applesauce and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in pecans.
Transfer to two 8-in. x 4-in. loaf pans coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
