1/2 C quinoa, dry1/2 C amaranth, dry1/2 C water2 C almond milkpinch salt1/2 tbsp agave nectar
Bring water, almond milk and salt to a boil. Add amaranth and quinoa while stirring, and bring it down to a simmer. Let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes, or until quinoa and amaranth are fluffy, then stir in agave nectar. Add more milk as desired for extra creaminess. Serve hot.
