Potatoes and Hamburger Casserole

1 can sliced potatoes1 lb 94% lean hamburger1 can Healthy Choice cream of chicken soup1 slice pepperjack cheese1 tbsp margarine.5 c. 2% marble jack cheese
1. Brown hamburger and stir in soup and margarine.
2. Layer half the can of potatoes on the bottom of baking dish. (9 x 9 and spray with Pam)
2. Put half of the hamburger mixture on top
3. Break up slice of pepper jack and add on top
4. Layer with the rest of the potatoes and meat mixture
5. Cover with tinfoil
Bake in a 425 degree oven for 45 minutes. Remove tinfoil and add cheese to the top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serving Size: Makes 4 large servings or 6 medium servings.
