Ground Beef/Veggie Soup Lo Cal

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) (remove) Carrots frozen, 1.50 cup (remove) Black Beans 2 cans 93% lean ground beef, 16 oz (remove) Green Beans frozen, 4 cup (remove) Zucchini(1 cup), 2 serving (remove) Great Value Fire Roasted Tomatoes, 29 oz (remove) Kitchen Basics Vegetable Stock, 5 cup (remove)
Directions
brown beef, add onions and garlic to beef, liquid ingredients, let that simmer if you have time. Then add carrots, green beans, zucchini cook on medium until veggies are done. Add spinach last.

ps. smells so yummy while simmering!
