Ingredients
HyVee Old Fashioned Oats, 5 cupRaisins, 3 cup, packedAlmonds, 1 cup, slicedFlax Seed Meal (ground flax), 8 tbspCinnamon, ground, 1 tbspPumpkin Seeds, 1 cupBRAN RAW, 16 tbspHoney, 1 cupCanola Oil, .33 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
Directions
Mix all together
Smooth onto dehydrator sheets
(Line trays with parchment paper, then spread onto the lined trays)
Turn on dehydrator; can take several hours; generally 3-5 hours
DONE WHEN CRISPY/CRUNCHY WHEN COOLED.
