Brown Rice with tomato and black beans

Ingredients
*Publix Instant Brown Rice, 1.5 cup (remove)Beans, black, 1.75 cup (remove)*Canned diced tomato, no salt added, 1.75 cup (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)1 chopped onion
Directions
Sautee onion in olive oil until soft. Add Beans and tomatoes WITH liquid. Bring to boil then add seasonings and rice. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes or until rice is tender. You might need to add more water through the cooking process.
