Black Bean Soup w/Sour Cream dollop

Ingredients
2 cans black beans2 cups vegetable broth1 med onion, diced or chopped2-3 cloves of garlic, depending on taste, minced1-2 Tbsp Cumin (depending on your taste)salt & pepper to tasteCooking spray
Directions
Dice onion & garlic, saute using cooking spray.
Drain (but don't rinse) black beans.
Combine black beans, broth, onion, garlic & cumin to saucepan & cook till boiling, allow to simmer for 10 mins. Serve with a Tbsp of sour cream on each bowl.
