Crust:2 packages Graham Cracker Honey Maid low fat honey grahams -Crushed1/2 cup Ideal No Calorie Sweetener 2 Sticks I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), Filling:1 can (CHILLED 24 hours) Milnot Original Evaporated Milk, 8 oz Low fat cream cheese- Room temp.1small package Jello Sugar Free Lemon Gelatin 8 oz Water, bottled, 1/2 cup Ideal No Calorie Sweetener
Crust: Melt Butter. Mix Sugar and Graham Cracker crumbs into butter and press into pie pans.
Filling: Boil 1 cup of water. Add jello and fully dissolve. Set in refridge to cool but NOT set up as jello. With electric mixer whip chilled milnot till frothy soft peak stage.Add in softened cream cheese. Gradually add sugar. Add cooled jello and blend together. Pour into pie pans and refridgerate 3-5 hours. Better if sits overnight. Freezes wonderfully!
