Homemade Tomato Crab Bisque

Olive Oil, 3 tbspOnions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped Garlic, 1 clove*All-Purpose White Flour, 3 tbsp*(1)Campells Tomato Juice 1 cup, 3 serving Milk, canned, evaporated, 1 can (13 oz) Thyme, ground, .25 tsp Basil, .25 tbsp *Chesapeake Bay Style Seasoning (Old Bay), 0.25 tsp *crushed red pepper flakes, .25 tsp *French's Worcestershire Sauce, .5 tsp *Splenda, 1 tsp *Chicken of the Sea Lump Crab Meat, 10 oz
In a stock pot over medium heat, combine olive oil, onion and garlic. Cook for 10 min. or until softened. Stir in flour very well, and cook for 1 minute. Stir in everything else except crab meat, and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally for 15 mins or until thickened. Stir in crab meat and heat through. Serve.
