Chocolate Caramel Squares

Ingredients
1 Bag of Caramels (45 Pieces)5 Tbsp. of Whipping Cream1 Cup Of Flour1 Cup Of Rolled Oats0.75 Cups Of Brown Sugar0.5 Tsp. Of Baking SodaPinch Of Salt0.75 Cups of Butter1.5 Cups of Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Slowly melt caramels and cream in large saucepan over a low heat while mixing other ingrediants.

Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking soda. Stir in melted butter. Press half of the mixture into an ungreased 9-13" pan. Bake for 8 minutes.

Remove from oven and pour chocolate chips and melted caramel over mixture. Sprinkle remaining mixture over the chocolate and caramel. Bake for another 12 minutes. Remove, cool, cut and enjoy.
