Cocoa Crack (Chocolate Delight)

8 tbsp Coconut Oil8 tbsp Cocoa Powser4 packets Stevia1 tbsp of extract (flavor your choice)32 'truffle' candy cups (paper, looks like cupcake wrappers)1 packet of Stevia
On a cookie sheet, lay out the candy cups.
Sprinkle approx 1/2 a packet of Stevia into each of the candy cups.
In a 4-cup measuring cup, mix cocoa powder & 4 packets of Stevia together with a fork until all lumps are worked out.
Heat coconut oil over low heat until melted.
While stirring the powder, add the melted oil.
Mix well.
Pour chocolate into mini paper candy cups.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 packet of Stevia over the tops of the candies.
Let set for a few minutes to cool & then pop into the fridge or freezer to set.
Keep refrigerated/frozen until ready to eat. I store mine in a Tupperware container in the freezer.
