Minestrone soup in a Crock Pot

Ingredients
I prefer elbow macaroni and to cook it in a slow cookerChop the onionsMince the garlicDice the carrots and zucchiniShed the green cabbage2 - 14oz cans (or 1 - 28oz) of crushed tomatoes2 - 15oz cans of kidney beanssalt to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients except pasta.
Mix and cover
cook on low 8-9hr (on high for 3-4 hours)
Add macaroni during the last hour

Makes about 14-16 cups
