Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
2 pound cubed beef stew meat2 (10.75 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup1 chopped onion3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1/2 cup water8 ounces cream cheese1/4 cup ketchup
Directions
Combine all in slow cooker except for cream cheese. Cook on Low setting for 8 hours, or on High setting for about 5 hours. Add in cream cheese at the end and stir to combine.
