vegan blueberry pancakes

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour 1/4 cup * Baking Powder 1/2 tsp. * Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp. * Granulated Sugar 1/2 tsp. * Water 1 cup (optional: 1/2 vanilla soy milk & 1/2 water) * Fresh blueberries 1/2 cup
Directions
1. Heat griddle to medium heat.

2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except blueberries.

3. Spoon batter into one large pancake. Add blueberries on top.

4. Flip when bubbles start to form.

5. Serve with syrup, remaining blueberries, or blackberry jam.
