Barley, pearled, raw, .25 cup *Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) turkey neck, without bone and skin, 2 serving Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) *Goya 16 bean soup mix (dry), 0.25 cup salt, to tastepepper, to tastepaprika, to taste3 whole garlic cloves
Directions
combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. cook for 12 hours or longer on low.
