1 box Sugar Free Cheesecake Instant Pudding1 1/4 cups canned pure pumpkin1 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened1/4 cup whipped cream cheese1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. ginger
1.) Whisk together the cream cheese and pumpkin until there aren't any more big lumps of cream cheese
2.) Sprinkle the spices and pudding mix over the pumpkin mixture and whisk to combine
3.) Stir in the milk
4.) Pour into ramekins/custard cups/ whatever and chill until ready to serve
