HCG Modified Bolognese Sauce

7 oz lean ground veal (Can substitue ground beef)3 medium celery stalks, chopped1/2 small onion, chopped1 can POMI crushed tomatoes (15 oz)1/2 c sugar free, low sodium broth (Check label)1 tbsp white vinegar1 tbsp red pepper flakes (adjust to your taste)
crumble veal in nonstick saute pan, add celery and onions and cook over medium heat until meat is browned thoroughly.
Stir in tomatoes, broth, vinegar and pepper flakes. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. (In a hurry, can simmer for as little as 15)
I serve this over a bed of miracle noodles. Buon appetito
