HCG mashed cauliflower

Ingredients
1 medium head cabbage, cut and quartered1 tbsp smoked paprika2 tsp milk (can be deleted)1/4 c water
Directions
core and quarter cauliflower and place on foild covered baking sheet

Bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes (notice it browns a bit)

transfer cauliflower to food processor. add milk and paprika and pulse until cauliflower is minced (scraping sides between pulses). Add water to create a creamy consistency a little at a time.
