Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
For marinade: 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt3 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp dijon mustard 2 cloves garlic minced1/2 tsp oreganoFor coating: 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs2 tbsp part-skim parmesan cheese
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over 8 chicken breasts (4 breasts cut in half) (skinned and boneless). Coat each piece well. Marinate covered 2 hours at room temp or overnight in refridgerator.

After alloted marinade time: Mix together coating ingredients in plastic storage bag or shallow bowl. dranin chicken and coat with bread crumb mixture. Place in lightly oiled baking dish and chill 1 hour. Drizzle chicken with 1 tbsp liquid margarine and bake uncovered at 350 for 30-45 minutes
