1 1/3 cups oats1 cup egg whites1 cup fage1/3 cup raw almonds3/4 cup Ghirardelli 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate chips3/4 cup Reeses peanut butter chips1 tsp cinnamon1/4 truvia1 tsp baking soda1 1/2 tsp caramel extract
Combine oats, almonds, 1/2 cup each chocolate and peanut butter chips, cinnamon, truvia, baking soda in food processor and chop. In a seperate bowl combine egg whites, fage, caramel extract and mix in dry ingredients. Spray a pyrex baking pan with oil and pour in mixture. Sprinkle top with remaining chips.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
