Turkey Taco Meat

Ingredients
1.3 lb ground turkey 93% lean.5 large white onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp olive oil1 packet McCormick taco seasoning.33 cup cider vinegar1 can medium black olives
Directions
Fry onions and garlic in olive oil until soft, add taco seasoning & stir. Break up ground turkey and add in small bits, brown. Add 1/3 cup of cider vinegar and let cook down into a sauce. Drain can of olives and add olives. Heat intil olives are hot all the way through.

Makes 4 cups (8 half cup servings)
