Ingredients
1.5 lbs. potatoes1 tbs. olive oilsaltpepper
Directions
Cut potatoes into fries. Shake in bag with olive oil, salt, pepper, and other seasonings of your choice. Bake at 425 for 20-30 minutes.

    My entire family enjoyed the fries, even my daughter who doesn't normally eat fries enjoyed it. Will need to experiment with spices a little. Cooked them for 30 minutes; turning them over 1/2 way through. Will definatley use this again as a healthier alternative to our normal fries. - 5/3/14
