*Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, 2 oz (remove) Milk, 1%, .75 cup (remove) Flour, whole grain, .75 cup (remove) *Flour, white, .75 cup (remove) Granulated Sugar, .33 cup (remove) Salt, 1 dash (remove) Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove) Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove) Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove) Applesauce, sweetened, .25 cup (remove) Olive Oil, .50 tbsp (remove) Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 6 oz (remove) *Lemon Juice, .50 fl oz (remove) Lemon Peel, 1 tbsp (remove)
1. Preheat oven to 375 and lightly spray muffin pan
2. Stir together chia seeds and milk in a small bowl and set aside
3. Stir together flours, sugar, salt, baking powder and soda in a medium mixing bowl
4. Slightly beat eggs and stir with oil, applesauce, yogurt, lemon extract and zest in a large mixing bowl. Add chia seeds and stir.
5. Pour wet ingredients into flour mixture and stir quickly, 10-15 seconds until well mixed. Pour into muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 mintues
