Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
1 1/2 c macaroni3 tbl butter2tbl flour1/2 tsp saltPepper2 c milk2 c cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender.

In saucepan, melt butter, blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk, cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add cheese, stir until melted.

Mix cheese sauce with macaroni. Turn into 1 1/2 qt casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or microwave for 10 minutes.
