Clow Cooker Pineapple Teri Chicken

Ingredients
1 pound of chicken breast, boneless, skinless1/2 cup kikkoman low sodium soy sauce1/2 cup packed brown sugar1 cup crushed pineapple4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar1/4 cornstarch1/4 cold water1 cup sliced green onions
Directions
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker except the scallions and cornstartch.

Cook on low for 6 hours, remove chicken and slice. Thicken sauce with a cold water slurry made from the cornstarch.

Turn Pot to hi and simmer until thickened. Add chicken and toss to warm and coat.

Serve over your favorite steamed brown or white rice. Sprinkle with green onions.
