Low Fat Granola

Ingredients
1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed1/4 Cup Honey1 Cup Water1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp Salt8 Cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal1/4 Cup Ground Flax Seed1 Cup Nuts (Pecans, Almonds, Walnuts), chopped
Directions
Heat oven to 275 degrees.

Combine Brown Sugar, Honey and Water in a bowl at least 4 cups in size. Microwave 5 minutes on High, until Brown Sugar is dissolved. Add Vanilla Extract and Salt. Combine Oats, Flax Seed and Nuts in a large bowl. Pour Brown Sugar/Honey mixture over Oat mixture, stirring well to combine.

Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour (if using a convection oven, do not lower temperature)
