1/4 C. Canned organic black beans, light on fluid14 Organic tortilla chips1/2 oz shredded pepper jack cheese
Directions
Layer chips on a small plate, sprinkle cheese over chips then spoon black beans onto chips. Microwave 1 or 2 minutes until cheese is melted.
