Better than potatoe salad

Ingredients
4 cups cooked long grain rice8 radishes, sliced4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped1 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped2 cups thinly sliced celery1/2 cup chopped onion1 1/2 cup mayonnaise3 tablespoons prepared mustard3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
In large bowl, combine rice, radishes, eggs, cucumber, celery and onion. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and salt; mix well. Pour over rice mixture and toss.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour
