Cinnamon Struessel Cake

1/3 c. chopped walnuts1/3 c. packed brown sugar1 T ground cinnamon3 T flour1.5 c. granulated sugar1/3 c. canola oil2 large eggs3 c. flour1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 T. vanilla extract1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Combine walnuts, cinnamon, brown sugar, 3T flour. Take 1/3 c of mixture and pour into bottom of greased bundt pan. Put the rest aside.
Combine sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly. Combine dry ingredients. Alternate between dry ingredients and buttermilk, add to creamed mixture, starting and ending with flour. Add vanilla.
Pour out 2 c. of batter and set aside.
Pour remaining batter into pan. Then take reserved nut mixture and sprinkle on batter. Take remaining 2c batter and pour in pan. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes. Let cool in pan about 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
