1 serving canadian bacon4 egg whites.5 cup cooked spinach
In 2 tsp of olive oil over medium heat, brown the canadian bacon and heat the cooked spinach. Remove from the pan. Add the egg white and cook til firm, then add the omelette filling.
This is lots of nutritional bang for your buck. Sometimes I'll top it with a little salsa, or I might add some mushrooms...doesn't add many extra calories.
