Italian Chicken

Ingredients
1 tablespoon coconut oil1/4 cup sliced onions2 gloves of garlic diced1 cup sliced mushrooms8 ozs.(4 pieces) Chicken Breast Tenderloins1/4 cup crushed tomatoes1/2 cup tomatoe saucesalt & pepper to tastepinch of dried italian seasoning
Directions
Saute the onions, garlic mushrooms and chicken breasts in the coconut oil with salt and pepper. When the chicken is brown and the onions are caramelized stir in tomotoes and tomatoe sauce and italian seasong and simmer for a half hour or so.

Serving Size: 2 Chicken strips and half of the sauce
