Grilled Spicy Steak Salad

3 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon fresh lime juice1 tablespoon chili paste with garlic1 tablespoon sesame oil2 (12-ounce) NY Strip SteaksMrs Dash to tasteSalad:1 head Iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces1/4 cup chiffonade Basil1 med cucumber, halved and cut crosswise into 1/4-inch thick slices2 carrots, julienned5 radishes, thinly sliced1.5 cups diced roma tomatoesGinger Lime Dressing, recipe followsMrs Dash to tasteDressing:1/4 cup fresh lime juice1 tablespoon soy sauce1 tablespoon rice vinegar1 tablespoon minced garlic clove1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger1 packet Equal sweetener2 tablespoons sesame oilMrs dash to taste
Whisk soy sauce, lime juice, chile paste, and oil together in a small baking dish. Add the steaks, turn to coat, cover, and let marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before grilling.
Meanwhile, whisk ingredients for dressing together in a small bowl. Season with Mrs Dash, to taste. Let sit 10 minutes before using.
Heat grill to high. Remove steaks from marinade and pat dry. Season both sides with Mrs Dash and grill for 3 minutes per side or until slightly charred and cooked to medium-rare doneness. Remove from the grill, let rest 5 minutes, and slice into 1/4-inch thick slices.
While steak is resting, combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with half of the dressing and season with Mrs Dash. Transfer to a platter, top with the steak, and drizzle the remaining dressing over the top.
Serving Size: Makes 6 4oz servings of steak served over a healthy portion of salad
