Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies (gluten free)

Ingredients
1 C. Peanut Butter (chunky or smooth)1 C. Sugar2 eggs1-1/2 C. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (mini's work well)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoonful on uncreased cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350 F (until firm to touch). Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
