Sweet and Spicy Butternut Squash

Ingredients
4 cups Butternut Squash, cubed1 tsp Olive Oil1 Tbsp Maple SyrupA dash hot sauce (to taste)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 F.
Toss butternut squash with olive oil, maple syrup and hot sauce in caserole dish
Cook covered about 60 min or until soft, and starting to carmelize
